Reddit Retires r/all Feed to Boost Personalized Home Experience

Reddit has announced the permanent removal of the long‑standing r/all feed, shifting its focus toward a more personalized Home experience for users. The change, slated for full implementation by early 2026, follows a series of experiments and user feedback cycles that began in late 2025.

The decision aligns with Reddit’s broader strategy to prioritize tailored content and comply with new teen‑privacy defaults. While the classic “old Reddit” interface will still host the legacy r/all page, most users will see the r/popular feed as the primary source for trending posts.

For a detailed look at the original announcement, read the full story on The Verge. Our own coverage on Reddit’s evolving feed strategy can be found in the Reddit Feed Updates section.

Stay tuned to ubos.tech for more insights on how this shift may affect content discovery and community engagement across the platform.
