Air Street Capital Launches €232M AI Fund, Becoming One of Europe’s Largest Solo VC Funds

Air Street Capital, the London‑based venture firm known for backing AI‑driven startups, has closed its third fund at €232 million (approximately $232 M). The new Fund III places Air Street among Europe’s biggest solo venture capital funds, giving it the firepower to back the next generation of artificial‑intelligence companies across the continent.

The fund will target early‑stage AI startups, with typical ticket sizes ranging from €500 k to €5 M. Existing portfolio companies include several AI unicorns that have already attracted follow‑on capital from global investors. With assets under management now exceeding €1 billion, Air Street’s latest raise underscores the growing appetite for AI‑focused venture capital in Europe.

“We are thrilled to launch Fund III at a time when European AI talent is booming and investors are eager to support it,” said the firm’s managing partner. “Our deep sector expertise and network will help founders scale faster and compete on a global stage.”
