Q: Does it support backing up chat history on mobile phones?

A: You can use the chat data migration feature on your phone to transfer data to your computer and then export the data.

Q: The interface is blank after exporting, or the exported data is less than what I see in PC WeChat, and the data is incomplete.

A: This may be because the data exists in memory and has not been written back to the disk. Exiting WeChat will write all data in memory back to the disk. It is best to exit and log in to WeChat again before exporting to ensure that all data is on the disk before exporting.

Q: Some pictures and videos cannot be opened.

A: This is because the message has not been opened on WeChat on your computer, and only the preview image is loaded by default. If you have opened it on your phone, you can migrate the records from your phone to your computer, then log out and log in to WeChat again to export.

Q: Can’t use it on Win7 computers.

A: Win7 computers need to install WebView2 runtime to use it normally. The GitHub release version has Windows version restrictions. Win7 users, please install the exclusive version.
